Closing the gap between learning and industry.
Financial services are changing quickly. Banks and fintechs need people who can work with cloud platforms, data and AI, and who understand how financial products are built and regulated.
Jordan has capable, ambitious graduates. What many are missing is practical exposure to the tools, problems and people of the industry they want to join.
TECHIVE exists to close that gap. We bring the financial industry, technology providers, universities, youth communities and development partners together around one shared goal: preparing future-ready talent for Jordan’s evolving fintech economy.
