The journey

Six steps, start to finish.

Every cohort follows the same six steps, from first application to industry introductions.

  1. 01

    Recruit

Open selection through registration and a full application. Shortlisted applicants are invited to a short interview.

  2. 02

    Onboard

Lab access, tools and accounts, team roles and clear programme goals in the first week.

  3. 03

    Train

Applied learning across the four areas, mixing guided sessions, hands-on labs and team work.

  4. 04

    Assess

Individual skills assessment against defined standards. Certification pathways with technology partners are in development.

  5. 05

    Select

Teams present their capstone to an industry panel. Top performers are identified on individual contribution and results.

  6. 06

    Deploy

Introductions to internships and placements with partner institutions as these partnerships are confirmed.

The capstone

A real challenge, solved as a team.

Each cohort ends with a capstone project: a real problem set by an industry partner. Teams work in defined roles, review each other’s work and present to a panel that includes decision-makers from financial institutions.
