For graduates
Who can register for a TECHIVE cohort?
TECHIVE is designed for Jordanian university graduates and final-year students who want to build a career in fintech. [Full eligibility criteria to be confirmed.]
Does it cost anything to take part?
TBD Registering your interest is free and does not commit you to anything.
How long is a cohort?
[Cohort duration and weekly time commitment to be confirmed.] Each cohort follows six steps: recruit, onboard, train, assess, select and deploy.
Where does training take place?
In our dedicated 12-seat lab at Building 9, 3rd floor, Shatt Al-Arab Street, Um Uthaina, Amman, Jordan.
What will I learn?
Cloud, applied AI, fintech and digital banking, and professional skills. Much of the learning happens through real financial-industry challenges set with industry partners.
Do I need coding experience?

Will I receive a certificate?
We are developing certification pathways with technology partners. We will confirm the details before Cohort 1 begins.
Is a job guaranteed at the end?
No. We are building pathways into internships, placements and employment together with banking and technology partners, and top performers will be introduced to those opportunities. We do not promise employment.

Can we set a real challenge for a cohort?
Yes. Cohorts work on real financial-industry problems using sandbox environments and synthetic data, so no customer data is shared.
